FAQ

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

All postage is based on the overall weight of the delivery parcel using the most recent prices from Couriers or Royal Mail, whichever option is chosen.  Please bear in mind that these prices are live and may fluctuate.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL

Firstly check your mail box for a delivery card, they may have visited but missed you.  If not there, check your safe areas like your porch, etc.

If it is still missing, please contact me for further help with tracking details from the courier or Royal Mail.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

WHERE DO YOU POST TO?

Currently Craftyjuls is only posting to mainland England, Wales and Scotland

Those living in Ireland, Isle of Wight and any of the Scottish islands, please contact me for your personalised postage rate before checkout.

We are not currently posting overseas, however, this will be changing soon.

I WANT SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT IN MY CREATION

This is not a problem.  E-mail or use the contact form and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You'll also need the receipt as proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us with the reason and an image or video may be needed for product quality issues.

​

If your return is accepted, we'll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to return your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

​

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately it the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can review the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

​

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and products used.  We also do not accept returns for products with defects made by users.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or vouchers.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved you will be refunded within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not had a response or received your refund please contact us.

Postage and Shipping costs

​

All postage and shipping costs should be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

- Returning products for any reason  other than a proven defect

- Buyer's accidental return

- Returning incorrect items

- Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Craftyjuls quality control to be in working condition

- Returning defective items in international shipping

- Costs associated with unauthorised returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
